His responsibilities now include complete payroll processing, securing client approvals, invoicing and resolving queries, conducting recruitment and compliance checks, and handling insurance‑related matters and enquiries.
With a calm, methodical approach and a strong understanding of the company’s internal processes, Paul has become a central figure in ensuring GLR’s operations remain accurate, compliant, and efficient.

Over the years, he built a deep understanding of talent acquisition, compliance, and workforce management across a wide range of sectors, including Medical, Commercial, Education, Construction, and Logistics.
Drawing on this breadth of expertise, Sean later co‑founded a recruitment business with his wife, Karen. Today, the company specialises exclusively in Commercial, Construction, and Logistics recruitment, delivering a focused, high‑quality service built on decades of industry insight.
Known for his hands‑on leadership and commitment to operational excellence, Sean combines strategic thinking with practical experience to help clients secure reliable, well‑matched talent while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
